WHO WE ARE

Greenspace Studio is a landscape architecture studio based in Charlottesville, Virginia. We provide design oriented consulting, project management, and construction documents to clients both large and small. We focus on native and low impact landscaping, and strive to poetically blend Doctor Seuss with the pragmatics of everyday life.

We create original, functional designs that are not only visually appealing but address the space in which we live. Artistically fusing interaction with site specific opportunities to form unique and well-considered environments, we create spaces with lasting impacts on daily life and well being.

Developed as a budget conscious alternative to the traditional landscape design process, the photo to plan service provides professional design services to the DIY homeowner.

Using pictures and a narrative supplied by you, and the answers to a few supplied questions, we develop a landscape design suited specifically to the aesthetic, intended usage, and budget of each project.
